Welcome to Medxury, an international Pharm.D. organization that offers to provide educational resources and services to scholars and educators of pharmacy. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Medxury if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “You’re” refers to you, the person who logs on to this website and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

I. Scholars

Membership / Scholar Registration in Medxury is open to individuals pursuing a Pharm.D. degree or those who hold a Pharm.D. degree, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Prospective members must complete the application process, providing accurate and up-to-date information. Medxury reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its discretion.

Scholars are expected to actively participate in Medxury’s educational programs, events, and initiatives. Scholars must maintain satisfactory credit points to continue enjoying the maximum benefits. Scholars are expected to adhere to ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions related to Medxury and the field of study. Medxury collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Medxury reserves the right to terminate a scholar’s membership for breach of our terms and conditions, including failure to fulfill responsibilities or violation of ethical standards.

Notice: In the event of termination, scholars may or may not be notified in writing and provided with the reasons for the termination. Medxury reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

II. Educators

Registering as an Educator and e-author

If you choose to become an e-author on Medxury, you agree to provide accurate information during the registration process. You retain copyright to your authored content but grant Medxury a license to use and distribute it for educational purposes.

Educational Resources & Responsibilities

As an e-author, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of the educational content you provide. Plagiarism and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited. Educators bear the responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the educational content they contribute. Medxury reserves the right to review, edit, or reject content that does not meet our standards.

These terms and conditions outline the principles that govern your use of the Medxury website and your participation as a scholar or educator. By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and agree to abide by them.
